Concept Capital Group – Reclaim Money

We are looking to help Concept Capital Group (CCG) investors who have lost money to recover their funds.

CCG promised investors that they could get fixed returns by buying static homes.

The company said that investors’ money would be tied to individual homes and that they could even choose on which site the individual unit was placed.

Investors have lost an estimated £23m to the scheme and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is now taking legal action against the company.

National Fraud Helpline solicitors has a proven track record of helping investors into these sort of schemes recover money from their banks.

We are a law firm that will work on a no win, no fee basis with no upfront fees.

Who are Concept Capital Group?

Concept Capital Group (CCG) claimed to offer the chance to invest in static homes in the UK that would then be let to social housing tenants by councils.

The idea was that investors would have the security of knowing that their investment was secured against individual properties.

Investors were promised fixed returns and that told that the scheme was backed by the UK Government.

CCG also sold the investment as a good solution to the UK’s social housing problem.

The company website claimed: “Concept Capital Group offers the opportunity to own high-quality, individually assigned homes in sought-after UK locations.

Each home is designed and constructed to recognised residential standards, providing a clear, direct route to property ownership.

This is about owning a real, tangible asset: one home, one title, no pooling or shared structures.”

However, it has now become clear that many investors lost an estimated £23m through the scheme.

The FCA has intervened on what it described as an unauthorised collective investment scheme.

The regulator has now begun High Court proceedings against Concept Capital Group , Ian Anthony Elliott, Adrian Felix, Ayub Swaibu, Edmund Brew, Ernest Kargbo, Raymondip Bedi and Gateridge Consulting Limited.

CCG has given undertakings to the Court which have the effect of freezing its assets, pending the outcome of the trial or further order of the Court. These undertakings also prohibit the promotion or sale of the scheme.

However, the FCA has clarified that this does not prevent CCG from sending any rental returns to investors.
