Who Is HW Consulting Group?
HW Consulting Group Limited was a UK-based forex trading investment firm that offered to trade on various platforms on behalf of its clients.
Harry Winter was a director and key operator in the firm who dealt with clients.
Initially, the firm offered minimum fixed returns. Interest was meant to be paid on quarterly basis.
Investors were issued loan notes and asked to sign lengthy legal contracts.
The company stated that it was based at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ.

In August, 2025, Harry Winter wrote to clients saying that he was winding the company down and intended to pay investors back within 11 to 12 months. However, many investors fear that they will not see their money returned.
