Oeno Group- Refund
We are looking to help investors in Oeno Group, also known as Oenofutures Limited, to recover money they may have lost.
Oeno was a wine merchant that claimed to help investors make money through buying fine wines and whiskies.
However, from the end of 2025 it became clear that the company was in trouble and it is feared that investors have collectively lost millions of pounds.
We believe that we can help Oeno investors recoup money through bank reimbursement schemes.

What has happened to Oeno?
Oeno has ceased trading leaving thousands of wine and whisky investors fearing that they have lost substantial amounts of money.
Throughout its marketing to would-be investors, Oeno claimed that it was able to take on every aspect of wine and whisky investment, promising attractive returns.
However, signs of turbulence in the company began in the summer of 2025 when, according to Companies House, director, Michael Doerr, resigned and investors started to report that communications with the firm had deteriorated. It was around this time that HMRC initiated bankruptcy proceedings against Doerr although it is unclear what the outcome of the application was.
Another troubling sign was that in October, 2025, the Alcohol Wholesaler Registration Scheme registration for Oenofuture Limited was deregistered.
By December 2025 it had become clear that there were serious problems with the company. The City of London Trading Standards posted a warning on the Oneo website that although the company is not in administration it is likely that many investors will lose money.
The website message read: ““If you have invested money by purchasing wine or whisky from Oenofuture Limited over the last decade, you need to be aware that you may ultimately lose some or all of your money. It is our current belief that only a small percentage of client wine – perhaps 20% – is held in individual customer accounts that the customer will be able to access.
“Our understanding is that the remainder of the wine is held in an account controlled by Oenofuture Limited. Over the last month, efforts have been made behind the scenes to transfer as much wine as possible from Oenofuture Limited into individual customer accounts, but this has been a mammoth task and only a relatively small amount of wine has been transferred.”
This all coincided with the start of a host of negative Trustpilot reviews about Oeno where investors said they could no longer get hold of company representatives and feared they had lost large amounts of money.
