National Fraud Helpline is run by fully SRA-regulated solicitors firm Richardson Hartley Law.
The law firm is owned and run by Martin Richardson, a solicitor of more than 30 years’ standing, and Jonathan Hartley, a media consultant with a track record of running successful legal PR campaigns.
From the beginning, they both decided that they wanted to not only help scam victims get their money back but help devise new and innovative fraud prevention measures.
National Fraud Helpline was launched with the stated aim of leading the fightback against fraud.

National Fraud Helpline are fraud lawyers who help scam victims across the UK recover their money. Our offices are based in the centre of Manchester.
Director and Senior Partner, Martin Richardson, is a solicitor with over 30 years’ experience running a successful large volume litigation law firm while maintaining the highest legal standards and ethics.
Fellow director Jonathan Hartley divides his time between the Norwich office and Manchester. A qualified journalist and broadcaster, he leads the firm’s PR and campaigning wing.
They work very closely together, driving forward the idea of making the fightback against fraud.
This requires a myriad of actions from helping people understand how scams operate; to developing technology, devising bespoke scam warnings to campaigning nationally for more protections to be put in place for the most vulnerable.

This is why we offer low no win, no fee arrangements at 15-30% plus VAT. The lowest in the industry.
While many fraud lawyers in this sector offer no win, no fee agreements at 25% or more, we felt that we would be happy to take a much lower fee.
