Who We Are

National Fraud Helpline

National Fraud Helpline are fraud lawyers who help scam victims across the UK recover money lost to fraud, with a head office based in Manchester.

Director and Senior Partner, Martin Richardson, has a proven track record of running a successful large volume litigation law firm while maintaining the highest legal standards and maintaining exemplary client care.

Fellow director Jonathan Hartley divides his time between the Norwich office and Manchester, heading National Fraud Helpline’s news page and leading the firm’s PR and campaigning wing.

They work very closely together as they devise new strategies aimed at leading the fightback against fraud.

This requires a myriad of actions from helping victims reclaim money, creating new anti-fraud technology, devising bespoke scam warnings to campaigning nationally for more protections to be put in place for the most vulnerable.

“I chose to help the victims of scams because it is devastating to see the effect of losing money to fraudsters and how this can have not only a financial impact but also an emotional effect. It is alarming how many scams there are and seeing how sophisticated they can be, luring victims into a false sense of security and building up trust with them. This makes it even more satisfying to help recover money lost to fraud. My aim is always to treat clients sympathetically, listen to everything they have to say and try to recover their money as quickly and as hassle free as possible.”

Our Values

We offer access to justice with empathy

National Fraud Helpline understand the huge upset cause to scam victims.

We felt that it was important for anyone who has fallen victim to scams to be able to access justice at a fair price.

This is why we offer low no win, no fee arrangements at 20% plus VAT.

While many many fraud lawyers in this sector offer no win, no fee agreements at 25% or more, we felt that we would be happy to take a much lower fee.

At National Fraud Helpline, we understand that for many people the humiliation they suffer due to fraud can be just as painful as the financial loss.

Our lawyers have been chosen for their sympathetic and understanding nature as well as their legal capabilities.

We understand how easy it is to fall victim to fraud and never judge anyone.

National Fraud Helpline puts its clients needs at the centre of every case.
